CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are only valid via GlossGenius through the link sent in your confirmation email or text. They may be done within 24 hour of appointment time. A fee of 50% for the service booked will be charged to the card on file if canceling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. If the card on file is declined you will not be eligible to rebook online until paid. No-Shows will be charged 90% of the service booked to the card on file. You are considered a No-Show if you do not arrive or communicate within 15 minutes of your appointment. Late arrivals will end at the scheduled time without extension, discount, or refund.
