CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancelling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, a 50% fee of the service booked will be charged to the card on file. If the card is invalid, you will receive an invoice for a cancellation fee. You must Cancel or Reschedule through the link sent in your confirmation message within 24 hours of your appointment via GlossGenius only. You’ll receive an email & text confirmation upon booking, as well as a reminder 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. No guarantee for cancel requests via email, texts or DM. No-Shows will be charged for the entire service(s) booked to the card on file. You are considered a No-Show if you do not communicate within 15 minutes of the start of your appointment. If the card on file is declined, you will not be eligible to rebook and future appointments will be cancelled until payment is received. Late arrivals will end at the scheduled time without extension, discount, or refund.
