CANCELLATION POLICY
A fee of 50% for the service booked will be charged to the card on file if canceling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. No-Shows will be charged 90% of the service booked to the card on file. You are considered a No-Show if you do not arrive or communicate within 15 minutes of your appointment. Late arrivals will end at the scheduled time without extension, discount, or refund.
