CANCELLATION POLICY
You will receive an email & text confirmation upon booking, as well as a reminder 1 & 3 days before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations and Reschedule requests Must be done on your end through the link sent in your confirmation message within 24 hours of your appointment via GlossGenius only. No cancellation or reschedule requests accepted via email, texts or DM. Otherwise, a fee of 50% for the service booked will be charged to the card on file if canceling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. No-Shows will be charged for the entire service(s) booked to the card on file. You are considered a No-Show if you do not arrive nor communicate within 15 minutes of your appointment. If the card on file is declined you will not be eligible to rebook and future appointments will be cancelled until it’s paid. Late arrivals will end at the scheduled time without extension, discount, or refund.
